Select restaurants now feature a rotating list of menu items each quarter to celebrate the milestone, allowing members and guests to enjoy seasonal options that are nods to yesteryear. Menu items range from The Flamingo Grill’s Duck à la Orange, a midcentury delight; to Sadelle’s Red Velvet Waff le with warm maple syrup, a classic dish that originated at The Waldorf Astoria Hotel in the 1920s; to Principessa Ristorante’s Zeppoles & Caviar, which features fried dough with ricotta and crème fraiche that’s served tableside.
