At Marisol, the menu will showcase an abundance of fresh seafood delivered daily by local fisherman via vibrant shellfish towers and raw bar options. Elegant and layered flavors will be balanced with a playful take on presentation and ingredients. For an after-dinner drink with refreshing ocean breezes, gravitate to Marisol’s bar, where Mediterranean-inspired cocktails will be prepared with precision.
Please note: From Monday, August 10 – Sunday, August 30, Marisol will be serving its menu from Onda’s outdoor seating area only. All reservations during this period remain subject to weather conditions and possible inclement weather adjustments.
Beach Club interior spaces will be closed for scheduled enhancements including Marisol and Living Room from Monday, August 31 – Friday, September 4. During this time the following outdoor amenities will be available: Pools & Beach, Cabanas, Poolside and beachside food and beverage service, Sand Bar, and Ocean Market.
