The Boca Raton World Cup Legends Experience

This summer, the world’s most celebrated football tournament comes to Miami — for the first time in history. Thirty miles up the coast, The Boca Raton is ready. 

 

The World Cup Legends Experience is a five-day, four-night immersion for four guests, anchored in the Penthouse Suite at Tower and built around every dimension of the tournament and the resort. Private training facility access. Time on the pitch with legends of the game. A helicopter straight to the stadium heliport. Front-row midfield seats. And a return to a resort that has been welcoming the world’s most discerning guests since 1926. The final evening culminates at Spa Palmera where the Gilded Waters Ritual Bath, The Victory Treatment, and Dinner Under the Palms give way to floating desserts, a moonlight swim, and a private fireworks display that closes the stay on its own terms.

  • The World Cup Legends Experience is available by inquiry only. Our dedicated VIP Ambassador team will guide you through every step — from your initial conversation through departure.   • The package price covers all inclusions as outlined in the itinerary — five days, four nights in the Ocean View Penthouse Suite at Tower, all transfers, all dining experiences, match day access and helicopter transportation, all fashion and styling allowances, and all personalized and engraved items. 

  • The experience is designed for four guests and is priced accordingly. If your group has specific needs or questions about composition, our VIP Ambassador team will discuss options with you directly. 

  • The World Cup Legends Experience is designed with adult guests in mind. Certain inclusions — including Spa Palmera, which does not permit guests under 16 — have age restrictions that apply regardless of package. We recommend contacting our VIP Ambassador team to discuss your group’s specific circumstances before booking. 

  • Flights are not included in the package. The experience covers all ground transportation, helicopter transfers, and logistics from the moment you land in South Florida through your departure. 

  • Private chauffeured transfers are arranged to and from Miami International Airport (MIA), Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL), and Palm Beach International Airport (PBI). If you are arriving via private aviation or an alternative airport, please discuss arrangements with your VIP Ambassador team prior to arrival. 

  • The experience is available across three exclusive windows, each built around a different match at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens: 

    • Window One: June 22–26, 2025 — Brazil v Scotland, Group Stage, June 24, 6:00 PM kickoff 
    • Window Two: July 9–13, 2025 — Quarterfinals, July 11, 5:00 PM kickoff 
    • Window Three: July 16–20, 2025 — Third-Place Match, July 18, 5:00 PM kickoff 

    Each window is offered once and exclusively. 

  • Yes. The World Cup Legends Experience has been designed with personalization at its core — from your wine cellar preferences and menus to your preferred team’s jersey and the genre of live performance at Top of the Tower. The $1,000,000 represents the base package price. Should you wish to further personalize your experience — whether through specific requests relating to the football inclusions, premium wine selections, or other bespoke additions — your VIP Ambassador team will work with you to accommodate those preferences, and will advise on any adjustment to the final price accordingly. 

  • Your training facility visit and on-pitch experience will be aligned to the teams competing in your selected match. The specific legends available for your on-pitch experience will be confirmed closer to your arrival date and are subject to availability and scheduling. 

  • All football-related inclusions — including the training facility visit, on-pitch legends experience, helicopter transfers, and match access — are designed to move with your match in the event of a reschedule. The Boca Raton and our partners will work to accommodate any changes to the tournament schedule and realign your itinerary accordingly. In the event that your original suite is unavailable for revised dates, we will place you in the best available accommodation across our portfolio, which may include suites at Tower, Yacht Club, or Beach Club. 

  • Yes. All personalized, engraved, and custom items — including signed jerseys, your engraved decanter, the signed leather folio chef’s menu, and any garments not collected during your stay — will be carefully packaged and shipped to your home address following departure. Your Butler will coordinate all shipping logistics before you leave.

  • The World Cup Legends Experience requires payment in full at the time of booking. This package is non-refundable and non-transferable. No cancellations will be accepted after booking confirmation. Given the singular and exclusive nature of this experience, all arrangements are confirmed and committed to in full upon receipt of payment. 

  • The Boca Raton is a gratuity-inclusive resort. The $1,000,000 package price incorporates service charges covering gratuities for valet, bellmen, housekeeping, guest experience agents, shuttle drivers, boat captains, and more. 

  • Certain inclusions — specifically those involving direct access to players and football legends — may require guests to complete a brief security screening process in advance. The nature and scope of any such requirements will be communicated to your group well ahead of arrival, and your VIP Ambassador Team will guide you through the process. All requirements are driven by the security protocols of the relevant personnel. 

  • Reservation & Cancellation: The World Cup Legends Experience requires payment in full at the time of booking. This package is non-refundable and non-transferable. No cancellations will be accepted after booking confirmation. Given the singular and exclusive nature of this experience, all arrangements are confirmed and committed to in full upon receipt of payment.

     

    Pricing & Customization: The base package price of $1,000,000 reflects the experience as published. Guests wishing to personalize or upgrade elements of their experience should discuss preferences with the VIP Ambassador team prior to booking confirmation. Additions or modifications may result in price adjustments, communicated and agreed upon in advance. Pricing is subject to change prior to booking confirmation.

     

    Inclusions & Third-Party Partners: All inclusions are subject to availability. Certain inclusions are operated by third-party partners and are subject to those partners’ own terms and conditions, including, but not limited to, immersivex.com/terms. The Boca Raton reserves the right to substitute inclusions of equivalent or greater value where circumstances require and cannot accept responsibility for the service standards of third-party providers.

     

    Player & Legend Access: All player and legend interactions are subject to approval by relevant management and security personnel. Guests may be required to complete a background check or security screening prior to arrival. Failure to complete required screenings may result in the withdrawal of specific inclusions without refund eligibility for that component.

     

    Match Rescheduling: In the event of a match reschedule, relocation, or cancellation, all football-related inclusions will be realigned to the revised schedule where possible. Should the guest’s reserved suite be unavailable for revised dates, The Boca Raton will place the guest in the best available accommodation across the resort. No refund will be issued where equivalent access and inclusions are provided.
