Spa Palmera is reserved exclusively for Club members and resort guests and is not available to the public.
To protect the tranquil nature of the Spa and its environment, guests under the age of 18 are not permitted to use the Spa facilities. This includes the Private Spa Pool, sundeck, and locker facilities.
Guests are encouraged to arrive thirty (30) minutes prior to the start of their service to allow for a leisurely arrival experience. Guests wishing to go directly into their treatment and bypass locker rooms are welcome to do so and should arrive no later than five (5) minutes prior to the start of their service.
AILMENTS, DISABILITIES, OR ALLERGIES
Please notify Spa Palmera’s Concierge when making reservations and your therapist at the time of treatment of any ailments, disabilities, or allergies.
Mobile phones may not be used in locker rooms, treatment rooms, Ritual Baths, or Great Hall.
For your convenience, an automatic 20% Gratuity is added to each service and distributed in full to your service provider.
You may choose to modify based upon your discretion.
We kindly request that you keep your personal belongings to a minimum for your spa/salon visit. Spa Palmera is not responsible for guest belongings and request that guest’s leave valuables at home or in their guest room safe.
Indoor Spa Amenities
Indoor amenities including Ritual Bath, Inhalation, Sauna, Steam room and showers are closed for an indefinite period of time. Guests may enjoy access to Great Hall, lockers, locker lounges and restrooms.
Pool access is exclusive to guests having spa treatments. Facility access is not available at this time. Guests cannot reserve lounge chairs and usage is based on first come, first served basis. As a courtesy to fellow spa guests, lounge chairs cannot be held while guest(s) are receiving their spa treatment.
Personal Care Amenities
Guests will be given a robe and slippers for use throughout their spa visit. Personal care amenities are available upon request with the Spa Attendant.
Guests are requested to shower prior to their spa service.
We strictly adhere to the Spa Palmera cancellation policy. If you must change or cancel an appointment, please advise us 6 hours in advance to avoid being charged 100% of the scheduled service. If you are experiencing any flulike symptoms, or elevated temperatures of 100.3 °F, services will be rescheduled, and cancelation fee will be waived.
Face masks are recommended for Spa Guests. Disposable masks are available upon request. All Associates will continue to wear them.
Spa/ Salon Health Measures & Procedures
Certification: Spa/salon service providers have received certifications as a refresher course on spa/salon Infection Control.
EPA Compliance: All spa/salon tools, containers, and all surfaces are cleaned frequently with an EPA-registered disinfectant.
All guests receiving a spa or salon service are required to complete a waiver prior to their spa service. A digital waiver will be sent once a reservation is confirmed. Guests must complete this waiver prior to their visit. This may be completed the day prior, but no later than the morning of your service. Services will not be performed without a completed waiver.
